FAQ's


What days do you deliver?

We deliver from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 9 pm, Saturdays, 7am to 12pm. We have 3 time slots (7am to 10 am - 10am to 5pm - 5pm to 9pm). We don’t deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.

You can choose your preferred delivery date and time slot when placing your order. Fresh meat tastes better, that’s why The Beef Man cuts the meat on the day your order is due for delivery.

  • Order before 10 pm to receive your order the next day between 7 am and 8 pm.

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following working day, or when specified in delivery date between Mondays and Saturdays.

Do you deliver on a weekend?

  • We deliver on Saturdays from 7 am to 12 pm, but if you have a special event and you need delivery on a Sunday, send us an email to info@thebeefman.com and we will be happy to work something out.

Can I give delivery instructions?

You can leave delivery instructions at checkout, try to keep instructions short and simple for us. “Leave with neighbour” for example. If you live in a flat or somewhere with an entry system, we need to know that, so put that on delivery instructions.

Where do you deliver?

At this moment we deliver to Zone 1of London.

But if you are outside of London or in a zone not mentioned above, send us an email at info@thebeefman.com and we will be happy to work something out.

Do you deliver overseas?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of England yet, so we won't be able to help if you are looking for delivery overseas. Unless it is Wholesale.

Can I book a delivery slot?

Yes, you can book delivery slots from Monday to Saturday for next day deliveries and delivery in advance.  We have 3 time slots (7am to 10 am - 10am to 5pm - 5pm to 9pm).

Where is my order?

When your order leaves our fridge, you’ll receive an email from The Beef Man, stating that your fresh beef is on the way to your London home.

How is the meat kept fresh?

Our food-safe packaging means the meat will stay nice and fresh until it reaches you. We will deliver your order to you within two hours of it leaving our storage facility so it will remain fresh and chilled door to door.

Where does your meat come from?

We’re proud to source our meat from the best Argentine farms, and the closest abattoirs to those farms. We partner with passionate, independent Argentine farmers, who know and respect their animals and every inch of their farmland.

By trading this way we cut out the middleman and pay a better, fairer price for quality. This way we get better value for our customers and our farmers.

We’re proud of our meaty heritage, and we’re glad to be independent, as it means we don’t have to sell you the same cuts of meat, sliced by a machine and wrapped in little plastic boxes that you would find in the supermarket. Our meat is matured in our ageing fridge and carefully looked after by us, proud Argentinians who have a passion for beef, and making sure it’s looked after properly.

Is your meat halal?

At the moment we do not sell any products that have been ritually slaughtered. All the abattoir suppliers we work with use the stun method. Unless the product on the website specifies it is halal, then you should presume it is non-halal.

Is your beef grass-fed?

Yes, our meat is 100% grass-fed, it is imported under Hilton-quota requirements.

Our ethos as a company is to work only with suppliers and farmers that we know and trust, and who are Hilton-quota certified. This means that we only import meat that is 100% grass-fed and raised, 100% free of hormones and antibiotics, and 100% free-range. We decided to build our company on trust and reputation with certifications and full traceability.

Is your beef aged?

All our of beef is aged for 28 days, but what really sets us apart from the other online butchers is that we bring with us the tradition of Argentina, where knowing your beef is more important than knowing the national anthem. Our country has an ingrained beefy heritage of which we are proud. We age our prime cuts of beef (Ribeye, Sirloin, Fillet and Rump) for a minimum of 28 days.

Is your meat free-range?

All of our beef is imported and produced under Hilton Quota Standards, this means that all of our cattle is 100% free-range and grass-fed from weaning, and confinement of any type is prohibited.

How do I order my beef?

  2. Select size and quantity

  3. Click ‘Add to Cart’

  4. Continue shopping (optional)

  5. Go to Cart, review your order and click ‘Checkout’

  6. Follow our simple checkout experience and your beef will be on its way in no time! 

How is the beef packaged?

Your beef is individually vacuum-packed at source for maximum freshness.

We use the latest design in temperature controlled packaging, keeping your product fresh until its arrival.

How much is delivery?

FREE delivery on orders over £60 (subject to offers).

For orders under £10 --> Delivery Cost £5.5

For orders between £10.01 and  £20 --> Delivery Cost £4.5

For orders between £20.01 and  £40 --> Delivery Cost £3.5

For orders between £40.01 and  £60 --> Delivery Cost £2.5

How long does frozen meat keep for?

The optimum period is 6 months, after which the product will start to very slowly decline, however you can keep the product for up to a year without seeing any significant affectation to the quality of your product. The effects of longer term storage are: a little shrinkage and possible freezer burn if the product is not protected with a covering such as a vacuum pack.

Can I return goods?

It is extremely unlikely you will be unsatisfied with your goods as each item has to pass strict checks before being dispatched. In the rare situation you discover a problem please contact customer services on +447402517193. We will find you a solution as soon as possible.
